There is no way that a travel agent could stay in business with a $100.00 service charge on a ticket. I would bet that there should be more to the transaction. I order visas, train tickets, specialized hotels, etc, then there may be extra charges. But, ythe highest service fee that I have ever seen was AAA with a 42.50 per ticket fee.
